以仲钼酸铵[(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O]饱和溶液和硝酸为原料,在水热反应釜中,利用水热反应法制备了三氧化钼纳米纤维。结果表明,当溶液酸度系数大于15,水热处理温度大于150℃,水热处理时间大于20h,所合成的三氧化钼纳米纤维直径为50-200nm,长度大于20μm。通过SEM,HRTEM,XRD,FSEM对合成的三氧化钼纳米纤维进行了结构袁征。
Using saturated solution of (NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O and nitric acid as raw materials, MoO3 powder with multi-morphologys were successfully synthesized through hydrothermal synthetic process. The results shown that MoOa nanofibers could be got which had more than 20μm in length, 50-200nm in diameter when the heat treatment temperature more than 150℃,acidity coefficient more than 15, heat treatment time more than 20 hours. The MoO3 nanofibers were characteristiced by HRTEM, FSEM and XRD.
