根据高温煅烧使石英碎裂的原理,选用天然高纯石英为实验材料,从室温开始以30 ℃/h速率升温,升至1 460 ℃,接着保温72 h,然后以30 ℃/h速率降温至室温.将煅烧过的石英以250 r/min在行星式高能球磨机中研磨2 h.经原子力显微镜、成分测试等手段分析,石英粉平均粒径为43 nm,纯度由99.51%提高至99.97%.
The natural high purity quartz samples were sintered with 30 ℃/h temperature rising rate to 1 460 ℃, kept at the temperature for 72 h, then cooled at the 30 ℃/h rate to room temperature. After that, the sintered quartz were milled at the planetary high-energy mill with 250 r/min speed for 2 h. The result product were tested by AFM and chemical analysis. It shows that the quartz powder has an average particle size of 43 nm,and the purity has been increased from 99.51% to 99.97%.
