徽商研究不仅是徽学研究中的基础领域,也是明清商业史研究中的重要课题.自20世纪80年代以来,徽商研究硕果累累,学界就徽商经营的主要行业、主要地域、主要方式、资本积累,以及徽商的特色等,形成了大体一致的意见.但徽商研究中的几个重要问题,如徽商兴起与发展的原因、徽商衰落与近代转型、徽商精神的总结与凝练等等,仍然是众说纷纭,未有一致的认识.本文拟就这几个问题进行梳理,并略陈管见.

英文摘要：

The research of Huizhou merchants is not only the basic field of Huizhou studies, but also an ilnportant subject in the Commercial history of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Since the 1980＇ s,the research of Huizhou merchants has gotten a rich harvest. Acadelnic have formatted general agreement on the main operating region,the main way ,the capital accumlation, and the characteristics of Huizhou merchants. But some important problems in the research of Huizhou merchants, such as the reason for the rise and development of Huizhou merchants, the fading and modern transformation of Huizhou merchants, and summary and concise the spirit of Huizhou merchants, and so on, are still widely divided. For such problelns, there is no con- sistent understanding at present. Therefore,this article intends to sort out these problelns and offers some opinions.
