Culture diversity is the basic form of human culture existence, and impels the progress of hu- man society. The contemporary cultural exchange has new characteristics which have come along with globalization the Internet. Globalization has unified world culture in an even closer way, with closer and more fre- quent exchange and collision. Culture plays a more prominent role in exerting influence on various aspects of society such as belief, custom, morality and conception. The coexistence of multiple culture also increasingly intensifies culture conflict. The intrinsic conflict is caused by different values and different development paths. At the same time, the common duty and the common problem different countries face make it possible for them to achieve value consensus. Therefore, from the perspective of culture, we must eradicate the thinking mode of dual opposition, establishing equal dialogue and communication mechanism, constructing value consensus through cultural exchange, and advancing human civilization and progress together.
