以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、衣康酸、丙烯酸、烯丙基聚醚等合成了一系列四元聚羧酸/磺酸型梳状超分散剂(SKD系列)。研究了超分散剂的结构、组成、pH值、添加量等对墙地砖料浆分散性能和坯体强度的影响。结果表明,超分散剂具有梳形分子结构,其性能受羧基中和程度、官能团密度和侧链长度影响,当其pH=8,侧链长度为20,添加量为0.20%时,使浆料粘度从3235mPa·s到40mPs·s,使坯体强度增加123.87%。
As superplasticizer, a series of comb shaped copolymers of polycarboxylic acid /polysulfonic acid were synthesized by 2-Acrylamido-2-Methylpropanesulfonic Acid, Ataconic acid,crylic acid and allyl polyether. The effects of structure, composition, pH and dosage of copolymers on slurry viscosity and green body strength of Ceramic Tile were studied. The results showed that the properties of superplasticizer were effected by the degree of carboxyl neutralization, the density of functional groups and the length of side chain. When the dosage superplastisizer of 0.20wt%, the length of side chain was 20 and pH is 8, it reduces the slurry viscosity to 40 mPa. s and increases the folding strength of the ceramic dry body by 123.87%.
