为研究阳离子度对含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及其胶膜表面性能的影响,添加DMC阳离子改性单体,制备了甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(FM)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)共聚乳液。通过红外光谱(FT—IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)对其结构、形态和热性能进行了表征,考察了阳离子度对乳液粒径、稳定性、形貌及其胶膜的耐水接触角、表面张力、吸水率的影响。结果表明,随着阳离子单体的增加,乳液粒径减小,稳定性增大;胶膜的耐水性减小,表面自由能增大。
In order to study the effect of cationic degree on fluorinated acrylate copolymer emulsion and surface properties of its membrane, copolymer emulsion was prepared with 1H,1H,7H-dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (FM), butyl acrylate (BA), N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide (NMA) addition with methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) as cationic modified monomer. The structure, morphology and thermal properties were characterized with infrared spectrum (FT-IR), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and the effect of cationic degree on the emulsion particle diameter, stability, morphology and the contact angle, surface tension and water absorption of the membrane was studied. The results show that with the increase of cationic monomer, the particle diameter of emulsion decreases, the stability increases, the water resistance of the membrane decreases and the surface free energy mcreases.
