为提高采油机的采油效率,通过对采油机运行过程及油田工作流程的分析,提出一套基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制网络和工控组态软件(CITECT)的油田采油机效率测试设计方案.该方案根据采油机运行各环节的特点,实现采油机运行过程的数据监控,并完成数据的处理、系统报警、数据存储、报表的制作等功能.现场实施运行证明系统操作方便,具有优良的人机界面及较高的可靠性.数据的处理结果可以很好地反映采油机各环节的工作状况,工作人员可以方便地根据结果设置采油机工作的最佳配置.
In order to improve the efficiency of pumping unit, based on the analysis of the operation process of pumping unit and the working process of oil field, a design scheme for the efficiency test of pumping unit was presented by using the PLC control network and the industrial control configuration software CITECT. According to the characteristic of each work step of pumping unit, the data during the operation process were monitored, and the functions of data processing, system alarm, data storage, report output were, achieved. Site implementation and experiments prove that the system has excellent human-computer interface and high reliability. The system provides a convenient way for workers to set up the optimal configuration of pumping unit in accordance with the processing .results.
