以聚乙二醇为分散剂,油酸钠为表面活性剂,乙醇和水为溶剂,利用分散法配制陶瓷装饰用黄色喷墨墨水。根据陶瓷彩喷墨水的3个影响因素和3种水平,选取正交试验表,并利用数据分析,确定对粘度、比吸光度及表面张力的影响因素主次顺序和最优水平,经正交试验优化因素的最优水平为:乙醇的质量分数为7%,聚乙二醇的质量分数为5%,油酸钠的质量分数为0.8%。同时探讨了各因素对表面张力的影响及聚乙二醇的稳定机理。
Using polyethylene glycol as dispersant, sodium oleate as surfactant, ethanol and water as solvent, yellow jet ink for ceramic decoration was prepared by dispersion method. The orthogonal experiment tables were selected according to 3 influence factors and 3 levels of yellow ceramic ink. By means of data analysis, primary and secondary orders of factors and optimal levels about viscosity, absorbance ratio and surface tension were confirmed. The optimal levels of factors by orthogonal experiments: mass fraction of ethanol was 7%, polyethylene glycol was 5% and sodium oleate was 0. 8%. In addition, effects of factors on the surface tension and stabilization mechanism of polyethylene glycol were discussed.
