用示差扫描量热-热重分析(DSC-TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)、场致发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)等表征方法对不同化学计量比熔盐法合成Bi4Ti3O12(BTO)晶化过程进行了分析。结果表明,不同化学计量比熔盐法合成Bi4Ti3O12的晶化过程完全不同:富Bi组分晶化过程中间相为Bi12TiO20、Bi2Ti2O7、Bi2O2.75;化学计量比组分晶化过程中间相为Bi2O2.75、Bi2Ti2O7;富Ti组分晶化过程中的中间相为Bi2O2.75、Bi2Ti4O11。
The differential scanning calorimeter and thermo-gravimetric (DSC-TG), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) are used to investigate the crystallization of Bi4 Ti3 O12 (BTO) powders. The results show that the crystallization of BTO powders varies with different stoichiometric proportions. Intermediate transitional phases of crystallization of BTO powders are Bi12TiO20, Bi2Ti2O7 and Bi2- 02. 75 for Bi2 O3-rich compositions. Intermediate transitional phases of crystallization of stoichiometric BTO compositions are Bi2 02. 75 and Bi2 Ti2O7. Intermediate transitional phases of crystallization of BTO powders are Bi2 02.75 and Bi2 Ti4 O11 for TiO2-rich compositions.
