通过六氯环三磷腈的热开环聚合得到了线性聚二氯磷腈(PDCP),再采用两步亲核取代合成了聚(苯氧基/乙醇胺基)磷腈。运用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、热重分析(TGA和DTA)对聚合物进行结构和性能表征。FE-SEM结果表明,聚合物呈珊瑚状颗粒无规分布,具有较大的比表面积和较短的颗粒间距,材料中存在大量微米级空隙。TGA、DTA测试表明材料具有优异的热稳定性,800℃时残炭量为60%。
Linear polydichlorophosphazene was synthesized by thermal initiated ring-open polymerization of hexa chloro cyclotriphosphazene.Poly(phenoxy/ethanolamine) phosphazene(PEAPOP) was synthesized by two step nucleophilic substitutive reaction.The structure of polymer was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR,XPS,FESEM,TGA,DTA.The FE-SEM results indicate that polymer shows a coral-like particles random distribution,polymer has a larger surface area,short distance between particles and a large number of micron gap.Thermal property was determined by TGA and DTA,it is found that polymer possesses excellent thermal stability and their char yields at 800 ℃ are 60%.
