以柠檬酸钠为分散剂,油酸钠为表面活性剂,乙醇和水为溶剂,利用分散法配置陶瓷装饰用蓝色喷墨墨水。根据选取蓝色陶瓷墨水的3个影响因素和3水平,选取正交实验表,并利用数据分析,确定对粘度、比吸光度及表面张力的影响因素主次顺序和最优水平,经正交试验优化的因素的最优水平为:柠檬酸钠的百分含量为4wt%,油酸钠的百分含量为2wt%,乙醇的百分含量为9wt%。经分析可知,柠檬酸钠的用量过量,在后续的实验中,可以减少其用量,以找到最佳用量。同时探讨了柠檬酸钠的稳定机理及油酸钠的影响。
In this paper, using sodium citrate as dispersant, sodium oleate as surfactant, ethanol and water as solvent, blue jet ink for ceramic decoration was prepared by dispersion method. The orthogonal experiment tables were selected according to 3 influence factors and 3 levels of blue ceramic ink. By means of data analysis, primary and secondary orders of factors and optimal levels about viscosity, absorbance ratio and surface tension were confirmed. The optimal levels of factors by orthogonal experiments were that weight percentage content of sodium citrate was 4wt%, weight percentage content of sodium oleate was 2wt% and weight percentage content of ethanol was 9wt%. Via analyzing the results, the content of sodium citrate was excessive. In the subsequent experiment, the content will be decreased in order to search the optimum value. In addition, stabilization mechanism of sodium citrate and the effect of sodium oleate were discussed.
