陶瓷型芯是制造高性能飞机发动机涡轮叶片的关键部件,目前也是形成发动机空心叶片内腔结构的唯一手段,其性能和质量直接影响飞机发动机叶片的性能。本文从成型工艺、辅助原料、脱芯工艺等方面综述了氧化铝陶瓷型芯在国内外的研究进展,对比氧化硅陶瓷型,综合分析了氧化铝机陶瓷型芯在性能和制备工艺方面的优越性。同时针对氧化铝基陶瓷型芯在实际工业运用中体见出的问题和不足,提出若干改进方法。文章最后展望了氧化铝基陶瓷型芯的未来的发展方向。
Ceramic core is one of the key components during high-performance aircraft engine turbine blades' manufacturing, which is the only way for the formation of engine hollow blade cavity structure. The quality of ceramic cores directly affects the performance of aircraft engines. In this paper, the researches at home and abroad on alumina ceramic cores were reviewed firstly from the aspects of the molding process, auxiliary raw materials, leach technics etc. Compared with the silica-based ceramic cores, alumina-based ceramic cores show superior qualities in performance and preparation process. Then, the problems as well as corresponding measures during the applications of alumina-based ceramic cores were indicated. At last, we presented some ideas on the development of alumina-based ceramic cores.
