点蚀是导致港口机械结构受损的重要局部腐蚀原因之一,其萌发与生长过程受到环境条件、金属结构条件、受力条件等众多因素的影响,具有较大的不确定性,很难用确定性模型中的经验公式来完整描述。从阐述点蚀的物理过程出发,以随机过程理论为基础,结合实验数据提出了基于非齐次泊松过程和定态伽马模型的点蚀萌发与生长建模方法,建立了一套能有效描述港口机械因点蚀引起的衰退过程模型,并进行了模拟评价。结果表明,所建立的点蚀引起的衰退过程模型可有效分析不同参数组合下的点蚀萌发与生长,对预测港口机械的寿命及制定相关的维修计划有重要的意义。
Pitting corrosion was one of the most serious modes of localized corrosion which caused port machinery to decay.The process of pitting initiation and propagation was subject to the interaction of environmental,metallurgical and stress factors.It was an uncertain nature from which no explicit relationship could be drawn by any deterministic models.Firstly,the physical interpretation of the pitting formation was discussed.On the basis of stochastic theory,combining experimental data,a modeling method was proposed with Non-Homogeneous Poisson process(NHPP)for pitting initiation and stationary gamma process for pitting propagation.A stochastic degradation model was constructed to effectively depict the causes of bringing pitting corrosion.Finally,the stochastic degradation model was simulated and tested.Results indicated that the presented model was valid in analyzing the pitting initiation and propagation according to different combinations of modeling parameters.It was significance to the life prediction and development of relevant maintenance plans of port machinery.
