为提高设备的可靠性,提出带缓冲区的设备预防性维护优化建模方法。找出设备预防性维护的最优维护时刻点,以维护时刻点作为随机变量建立期望成本模型。在此基础上,构造求解最优维护点的演化算法,同时给出相对应的优化计算流程。通过多参数的敏感性分析确定了最优维护时刻点与相关参数间的相互关系,结果表明所提建模方法是有效且实用的。
To improve the equipment reliability, an optimization modeling method of equipment preventive mainte nanees with buffers was presented. The optimal preventive maintenance time point was found, and an expected cost model was constructed with preventive maintenance time point as stochastic variables. On these basis, an evolution algorithm to solve the optimal maintenance time point was established. The optimal calculation procedure of the algorithm was also presented. Through the sensitivity analysis of multiple parameters, the interactive relationship between the optimal time point and the relevant parameters was determined. Experiment results indicated that the proposed optimal modeling method was effective and practical for finding the optimal maintenance time point.
