随着制造设备使用期的增加,事后维修所忽略的问题逐步显露,这样的维修方式己经不能满足制造设备的维护要求。为了优化步进加热炉设备运行的可靠性,同时提高维修计划的合理性,以加热炉为例,探索以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)在大型企业中应用过程。根据加热炉的实际情况与历史数据,依照RCM的分析步骤,得出设备预防性维修的工作类型,然后使用数学建模的方法,对预防性维修任务的间隔期进行优化,得出具体的数值,从而完成整个RCM流程。
The problems ignored by corrective maintenances have been gradually exposed with the increase of used time for manufacturing equipment. The corrective maintenance method no longer meets the requirement of manufacturing equipment maintenance. In order to improve the equipment running reliability of stepping furnace and enhance the rationality of maintenance plan, this paper will make a furnace as an example and explore the application of RCM in large-scale enterprises. According to the actual situation and the historical data of the furnace, in accordance with the RCM analysis steps, the types of the work of the preventive maintenance of the equipment are drawn. Then we use the methods of mathematical modeling to optimize the interval of the preventive maintenance tasks and get the specific value, thereby to complete the RCM process.
