以乙腈为溶剂,碳酸钾为催化剂,4-(取代苯次甲亚胺基)-5-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2H-1,2,4-三唑-3(4H)-硫酮与对硝基苄氯于78℃反应2h合成了5个新型的2',4'-二氯苯基-1,2,4-三唑-1'',3'',4''-噻二嗪衍生物(3a~3e),收率69%~82%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征.初步生物活性测试结果表明:在用药量为100mg·L-1时,3a ~3e对黄瓜霜霉病、小麦白粉病、玉米锈病、黄瓜炭疽病、稻瘟病、蔬菜灰霉病均无抑制活性.
Five novel 2',4'-dichlorophenyl-1,2,4-triazolothiadiazine derivatives (3a ~ 3e) were synthesized by reaction of 4-(substituted benzylideneamino)-5-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2H-1,2,4-triazole3 (4H)-thione with 1-(chloromethyl)-4-nitrobenzene using K2CO3 as the catalyst and acetonitrile as the solvent at 78 ℃ for 2 h.The yield were 69% ~ 82% and the structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay tests indicated that 3a ~ 3e exhibited no inhibitory activities on Pseudoperonospora cubensis,E.Graminisfsp.tritici,P.zeae,Colletotrichum lagenarium,P oryzae and Botrytis cinerea Pers at 100 mg · L-1.
