利用改进的车辙试验仪和其温度梯度控制系统,在试件内部形成试验所需要的温度场,同时试验轮根据路面荷载的实际情况调整轮载和轮速模拟荷载大小与速度的变化。试验基于4cm改性沥青SMA-13+6cm改性沥青AC-20+14cm70#沥青ATB-30的面层结构,借助改进的车辙试验仪进行了不同温度场下沥青混合料的常载常速和重载低速全厚式车辙试验。试验结果表明,重载低速对沥青路面车辙病害的影响很显著,可以较充分解释长大纵坡的严重车辙现象。同时也表明重载与低速共同作用对沥青路面车辙的影响比高温等因素的影响大。
By using improved rutting tester and its temperature gradient control system, the needed temperature field is generated in the rutting sample, and according to the actual situation of the road load, the load and speed of the test wheel are self-adjusted to simulate the road load and speed changes. Based on the surface course structure of 4 cm modified asphalt SMA13 + 6 cm modified asphalt AC20 + 14 cm No. 70 asphalt ATB30, the total thickness rutting tests of asphalt mixture under heavy loading and low speed as well as under standard condition are carried out in different temperature fields with the aid of improved rutting tester. The test results show that the influence of heavy-load low-speed on asphalt pavement rutting disease is very significant, which can fully explain the serious phenomenon of rutting disease of longitudinal and long slope. At the same time, it indicates that the effect of heavy-load and low-speed on asphalt pavement is more serious than the other factors such as high temperature.
