构建了一个通用的人才评价体系,并针对考研用户群体,实现了心理测量在人才评价中的应用。同时,构建了一个评价信息服务模型,该模型实现了教育培养对象(用户个人特征)和教育培养单位(高校、学科、专业)的自动匹配,并充分发掘了评价信息的社会应用价值。
This paper constructed an personnel evaluation system.We put into effect the measurement of psychological in the personnel evaluation especially for group of users who are preparing for the postgraduate exam and constructed an evaluation model,which implemented the automatic matching of the user's psychological characteristics(the object of personal evaluation) and the subjects and professions(the object of educational evaluation),which exploited the values of information on evaluation fully.
