以中国专利数据库为数据源,利用RostWebSpider、Excel工具和Java程序处理源数据,运用文献信息统计分析法研究了专利分类号数、专利发明人数与已授权专利数的地区分布、机构分布和总体分布,同时还研究了专利分类号数、专利发明人数与专利成功比率的分布情况。专利分类号数为2时申请的专利最容易被授权。专利发明人数越多,申请专利时越容易被授权。
英文摘要：
The RostWebSpider,Excel and Java programs are used to deal with the source data-the Chinese Patent Database.The area distributions,organization distributions,and overall distributions of GPN/PCN,GPN/PIN are researched using the literature statistical analysis.The overall distributions of PSR/PCN,PSR/PCN are researched,too.The patent applications will be granted easily when PCN is 2.If the PIN is more,the patent applications will be easier to be granted.
