由于高校在国家创新体系中的重要作用,高校创新能力评价是当前评价领域的一个研究热点。本文在对国内外创新能力评价研究现状分析的基础上,首次利用层次分析法构建了高校创新能力综合评价指标体系,并选取219所主要高校为样本进行了实证分析。
Because of the importance of universities to the national innovation capabilities of them currently is a hot spot in the field of evaluation. This study search documents at home and abroad,constructed the indicator system of it by chy process. Finally,this study also did an empirical analysis to 219 universities system, the evaluation of innovation based on the analysis of relevant remaking use of the analytical hierarselected.
