文章主要探讨引用与合作之间的关系，结合引用认同和合作状况分析，以及引用动机和合作动机的调查分析，探索引用与合作的关系，并以多位我国图书情报学核心作者为例作实证分析。结果表明，引用与合作具有一些相同的特征和规律；引用和合作互相促进；引用与合作都能增强作者间的“认同”感，加强科学交流等。
英文摘要：
This paper mainly discusses the relationships between citation and collaboration, By combining citation identity and co-authorship analysis, and investigating and analyzing the citation motivation and collaboration mo- tivation, the paper explores the relationships between citation and collaboration. The paper makes an empirical anal- ysis by taking several core authors in LIS circles in China for example. The results show that citation and collabora- tion have some common characteristics and rules ; they promote each other; and both of them can enhance the sense of identity among authors, and encourage scientific exchange.
