采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Sr2Si O4:Sm3+红色荧光粉,用XRD、SEM、PL对样品进行了结构、型貌及发光性能表征。结果表明,所得样品为单斜晶系结构,呈粒径为0.1~0.3μm、1μm左右长的纤维状小颗粒;在波长402nm的紫外激发下,样品发射光谱由位于红橙区的3个主要荧光发射峰组成,峰值分别位于568,605nm和651nm,对应了Sm3+的4G5/2→6H5/2,4G5/2→6H7/2和4G5/2→6H9/2特征跃迁发射,605nm的发射最强,是一种适用于白光LED的红色荧光粉。
The Sr2SiO4:Sm3+ red-emitting phosphor was obtained by sol-gel method.The structure,morphology and luminescence were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),photoluminescence(PL).The results showed that the sample was monoclinic crystal structure which was fibrous with an average diameter of about 0.1~0.3μm and length of about 1μm.The emission spectrum consisted of three major orange-red emission bands.The emission peaks were located at 568,605 nm and 651 nm,corresponding to the 4G5/2→6H5/2,4G5/2→6H7/2 and 4G5/2→6H9/2 typical transitions of Sm3+ respectively and the strongest one appeared at 605 nm and It was a very appropriate red-emitting phosphor for white light-emitting diodes.
