在以节能和环保为绿色照明主题的21世纪,为开发更多发光性能更优异的新型稀土发光材料,探索新型发光基质材料显得尤为重要。介绍了新型发光基质材料SrZnO2的结构特征、发光机理及其结构对SrZnO2基发光材料发光性能的影响。综述了高温固相合成法、溶胶-凝胶法、燃烧法等稀土掺杂SrZnO2基发光材料的主要合成方法的作用原理、各自的优缺点和研究进展,并对SrZnO2基稀土发光材料的未来研究方向进行了展望。
Green lighting, energy saving, and environmental protection are the themes of the 21 st century. In order to develope more novel rare earth luminescent materials which have better luminescent properties,it is very important to explore new luminescent host materials. As a new promising luminescent host material, the structure characteristics and luminescence mechanism of SrZnO2 were introduced, and effects of its crystal structure upon the luminescent properties of SrZnO2-based luminescent materials were discussed. Main synthesis methods of SrZnO2-based rare earth luminescent materials, such as high-temperature soli6kphase synthesis method, sol - gel method, and combustion method , were summarized. Principles l advantages, disadvantages, and research progress of different synthesis methods were introduced respectively, and the direction for further development of this kind of material was also prospected.
