采用机械力化学法结合热分解法合成SrZnO2:Sm^3+,M^+(M=Li,Na,K)超细粉体。用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及荧光分析仪表征样品的结构、形貌及发光性能。研究摩尔比n(Sm^3+):n(Li^+)对样品发光性能的影响。结果表明:样品粒度分布均匀,粒径尺寸为100~300nm;在波长409nm的紫外激发下,样品发红光,发射主峰为606nm,对应于Sm^3+的5G5/2→6H7/2跃迁;共掺碱金属离子可以显著增强发光强度,其发光性能与n(Sm^3+):n(Li^+)密切相关,当n(Sm^3+):n(Li^+)=1:3时,样品的发光强度最强。
Ultrafine powders SrZnO2:Sm^3+,M+(M=Li,Na,K) were prepared by a mechanochemical process and thermal decomposi-tion.The X-ray diffraction patterns,scanning electron microscope and photoluminescence spectra were carried out to characterize their structural,morphological and luminescent properties.Mole ratios(n(Sm ^3+ ) :n(Li^+) ) were investigated.Results show that the samples exhibit normal size distribution with the size about 100-300 nm.Under ultraviolet excitation with a wavelength of 409 nm,the sample gives a red luminescence that is attributed to the transitions^5G5/2→ ^6 H7/2 of Sm ^3+,with the maximum emission spectra peak atλem=606 nm.The incorporation of alkali metal ions greatly enhances the luminescence intensity correlated with the ratio of n(M^+) :n(Sm^3+) .
