采用凝胶-燃烧法合成了Sr2SiO4:Eu^3+红色荧光粉,利用XRD、SEM、PL对样品进行了结构、形貌及发光性能表征。结果表明,所得样品为单斜晶系结构,呈粒径为0.1~0.3μm、长1μm左右的纤维状小颗粒。在波长394nm的紫外激发下,样品发射光谱由位于红光区的5个主要荧光发射峰组成,峰值分别位于578nm、590nm、612nm、650nm和700nm,对应Eu^3+的^5D0→^70、^5D0→^7F1、^5D0→^7F2、^5D0→^7F3和。^5D0→^7F4特征跃迁发射,612nm处的发射最强,是一种适用于白光LED的红色荧光粉。
The Sr2SiO4 : Eu^3+ red-emitting phosphor was obtained by sol-gel combustion method. The structure, morphology and 1 properties were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), photoluminescence (PL). The results show that the sample is monoclinic crystal structure which is fibrous with an average diameter of about 0. 1-0. 3μm and length of about 1μm. The emission spectrum consists of five major red emission bands. The emission peaks are located at 578um, 590nm, 612nm, 650nm and 700urn, corresponding to the ^5D0→^7F0, ^5D0→^7F1, ^5D0→^7F2, ^5D0→^7F3 and ^5D0→^7F4 typical transitions of Eu^3+ respectively. The strongest one appears at 612nm. It is a very appropriate red-emitting phosphor for white light-emitting diode.
