采用自蔓延燃烧法合成了SrZnO2:Eu^3+红色发光材料,采用X射线衍射谱、荧光光谱对样品进行了表征。结果表明,Eu^3+成功掺入SrZnO2基质中,在基质中主要占据Sr^2+不对称性格位,发射来源于^5D0→F2 613nm为主的红光,同时产生了较高能级激发态^5D1→FJ(J=0~2)的发射。
SrZnO2 : Eu^3+ powder is prepared by self-propagating combustion method. XRD and FL are em- ployed to characterize their properties. The results show that Eu^3+ is successfully doped into the crystal lattice of SrZnO2 matrix and Eu^3+ preferentially occupies the asymmetry cationic site of Sr^2+ , thus emitting 613nm red light originated from ^5D0→F2 transition, and the transition emissions from ^5D1→FJ(J=0~2) have been observed.
