针对一维工况下的硫酸盐侵蚀混凝土过程,基于Fick第二定律,考虑硫酸根离子的自由扩散作用以及铝酸三钙、水化铝酸钙、单硫型硫铝酸钙的消耗对其扩散的影响,建立了硫酸根离子扩散模型.利用Matlab软件编制程序,对硫酸盐侵蚀混凝土过程进行数值仿真,仿真结果和实测结果基本吻合,并揭示了混凝土试件内部硫酸根离子和铝酸三钙含量随侵蚀深度的变化规律.
According to the process of sulfate eroding concrete at one-dimensional direction, and based on the Fick Second Law, the sulfate ion diffusion models were obtained, which takes into account the sulfate ion free diffusion, and the diffusion action affected by the consumption of tricalcium aluminate, hydrated calcium alumi- nate, and single sulfur-calcium sulfoaluminate. In addition, by Matlab software programming, the process of sulfate eroding concrete was simulated and the results were in good agreement with the experimental data, and the relationship between the contents of sulfate ion and tricalcium aluminate with the depth in concrete speci- mens were also revealed.
