采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS—DYNA,选用HJC本构模型,对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)冲击压缩试验进行了数值仿真,再现了RPC试件在冲击试验过程中试件的破坏过程.将仿真结果与实测结果进行了对比分析,两者相似性较好,揭示了RPC在受冲击过程中,试件受力、变形、开裂、破碎的规律,也反映出钢纤维增强RPC具有优良的抗冲击性能.
By finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and using HJC constitutive model, the impact compression experiments of reactive powder concrete (RPC) by split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) were simulated numerically, and the destruction process of the RPC specimens during the test were demonstrated. The results of numerical simulation exhibited similarity to those of experiment, and showed the rules of the RPC specimen stress, deformation, cracking and crushing during the impact process, also showed the excellent impact resistance properties of the steel fiber reinforced RPC.
