采用SHPB装置对钢纤维活性粉末混凝土(SFRPC)试件进行应变率为10·s^-1~120·s^-1范围内的冲击压缩试验.试验结果表明:随着钢纤维掺量(Vf)的增加,SFRPC材料在冲击荷载作用下的动态抗压强度升高,而韧性则提高尤为显著.同时发现SFRPC具有明显的应变率硬化效应,并得出了SFRPC的应变率敏感闽值.
The dynamic compression mechanical properties of SFRPC were studied by the split Hopkinson press bar testing method with the strain rates of 10·s^-1 - 10·s^-1. The experimental results show that the dynamic compressive strength of SFRPC increases as the steel fiber volume fractions increase under the impact loading, and the toughness increase is particularly significant. Furthermore, it is found that SFRPC has a significant effect of strain-rate hardening, and the strain-rate sensitivity threshold value are obtained from the experimental data.
