目的：系统评价CZF超声波妇科治疗仪治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法：计算机检索Medline、Embase、Pub Med、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、中国知识资源总库（CNKI）、万方数字化期刊全文数据库（WF）,查找以CZF超声波妇科治疗仪治疗慢性宫颈炎的随机对照试验（randomized controlled trials,RCTs）或对照试验,对纳入的研究进行质量评价,采用Rev Man5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入9项RCTs,共4 336例患者（治疗组2 890例患者,对照组1 446例患者）。Meta分析结果显示,治疗组总有效率较对照组好（RR=1.08,95%CI=1.04~1.13,P=0.000）,针对于慢性宫颈炎的具体分型,治疗组治疗轻度慢性宫颈炎的有效率与对照组无明显统计学差异（RR=1.00,95%CI=0.99~1.02,P=0.72）,但在治疗中度、重度慢性宫颈炎而言,治疗组有效率则要明显优于对照组（RR=1.07,95%CI=1.01~1.14,P=0.02）和（RR=1.24,95%CI=1.09~1.42,P=0.001）。治疗组治疗后阴道排液、阴道出血、宫颈结痂及瘢痕形成等的发生例数较对照组少,阴道排液（RR=0.25,95%CI=0.11~0.56,P=0.000）;阴道出血（RR=0.14,95%CI=0.08~0.25,P=0.000）;宫颈结痂（RR=0.01,95%CI=0.00~0.07,P=0.000）;宫颈瘢痕形成（RR=0.01,95%CI=0.00~0.02,P=0.000）。结论：CZF超声波妇科治疗仪治疗慢性宫颈炎较微波治疗疗效好,且可以减少治疗后的不良反应及后遗症。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety CZF in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods：Databases of Medline,Embase,Pubmed,Chinese biomedical literature database（CBM）,VIP,CNKI and Wangfang digital journals（WF） were searched for randomized controlled trials（RCTs）or comparative study of CZF in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Quality of enrolled literature was assessed and software of Rev Man 5.2 was employed to conduct Meta-analysis. Results：A total of 9 RCTs were included,including4 336 patients（treatment group：2 890 patients,control group：1 446 patients）. Meta-analysis results suggested that the treatment group had a higher total effective rate（RR=1.08,95%CI=1.04 to 1.13,P=0.000）than control group. Against a specific classification of chronic cervicitis,the treatment group and control group had no significant difference in the treatment of mild chronic cervicitis（RR=1.00,95%CI=0.99 to 1.02,P=0.72）,but the treatment group had a higher effective rate in the treatment of moderate chronic cervicitis（RR=1.07,95%CI=1.01 to 1.14,P=0.02）and severe chronic cervicitis（RR=1.24,95%CI=1.09 to 1.42,P=0.001）than control group. Moreover,cases having less vaginal drainage（RR = 0. 25,95 % CI = 0. 11 to 0.56,P=0.000）,vaginal bleeding（RR=0.14,95%CI =0.08 to 0.25,P =0.000）,scabby（RR =0.01,95% CI =0.00 to0.07,P=0.000）and scarring（RR=0.01,95%CI=0.00 to 0.02,P=0.000）were fewer in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion：CZF for chronic cervicitis is more effective than microwave therapy instrument and it can reduce adverse reactions and sequelae.
