MR引导下聚焦超声是一种新兴的无创治疗技术。由于颅骨的遮挡以及缺乏有效的影像引导,聚焦超声在颅内的应用一度受到很大的限制。近年来,随着MRI以及超声相控阵技术的发展,聚焦超声在治疗颅内肿瘤及非肿瘤疾病、开放血脑屏障等方面逐渐显示出巨大潜力。本文就MR引导下经颅聚焦超声的发展现状及应用前景进行综述。

MRI-guided focused ultrasound is a new developing non-invasive therapy technique.Due to the block effect of skull and lack of effective monitoring method,the intracranial use of focused ultrasound used to be greatly limited.With current development of MRI technique and phased-array configuration,the previous problems have been preliminarily solved.Focused ultrasound is showing its great potential in treatment of intracranial diseases and as a reliable method to open the blood-brain barrier.The recent progresses of transcranial MRI-guided focused ultrasound technique,and its promising applications were reviewed in this article.
