The contact between contractual commitments and member performance in technology alliance is very inti- mate. Using questionnaire interview, most of research hypothesis are test. The results indicate that profit and rela- tion commitments in alliance contract are positively related to relation performance of member, and profit, relation and uncertainty commitments in alliance contract are positively related to contextual performance of member, and causal relationship between uncertainty commitments and task performance of member in technology alliance is not direct.
