Based on the presentation of Jingyou behavior and thought, the concept of Jingyou core is put forward, the specialty of Jingyou is analyzed, 6 characters of Jingyou behavior are point out, the main content and process of Jingyou management are analyzed and stated. The analysis shows that Jingyou is on the premise of better understanding and using of the law and driven by knowledge, Jingyou is illustrated by a kind of mainstream behavior laying out the excellence of individual.
