本文针对层次结构描述的系统,依托理想解评价模型和聚类分析方法,分析和提炼被调查群体的意见,构建了竞优特征及水平的群识别方法。本方法在代表事物内涵的评价指标体系下,依据每位测评者的意见,从最有利于展示识别对象成绩的角度,对其竞优特征进行识别,可挖掘群体意见对于识别对象竞优特征的分布及竞优水平,分析识别对象的优势和劣势。本方法既尊重群体意见,又保护识别对象,具有客观性,容易被识别对象接受。应用本方法,对国有企业分公司总经理的竞优特征进行了实证分析,识别了该群体优势特征及竞优水平状况,并提出了相应的管理对策,以期为相关部门制定决策提供支持。
The identification model of characters and level match better confirming to the natural rule are built up relying on goal programming model and cluster analysis method according to the hierarchical structure system. The opinions of surveyed group are analyzed and extracted. Based on the content of evaluation index system to which close attention is paid by the people relevant. According to the opinion of each observer,characters and level match better confirming to the natural rule can be analyzed by group opinions. The method shows the respect for the observer,protects the behavioral subjects,is objective,and can be accepted by the behavior group easily. On the basis,the characters and level match better confirming to the natural rule of branch companies'general managers in state-owned enterprises are analyzed empirically,and then the characters and level of match better confirming to the natural rule and the distribution status are obtained. Based on the results some relevant countermeasures are put forward in the hope of providing supportive information for relevant authorities.
