全球网络的出现,为企业进行组织间学习提供更加有利的环境,本文就组织间学习的标杆选择问题进行了研究。以目标规划思想为指导,依据q-范数距离,从最有利于个体的角度确定其权重系数,在此基础上构建了基于个体代理的标杆选择模型并给出了求解方法。最后,以组织学习能力为例,以沈阳市的20家IT企业作为研究样本,获得了这20家企业的单项标杆与全面标杆,验证本文提出方法的有效性。
The emergence of global network has provided a better environment for inter-organizational learning.The question about how to choose the benchmark about inter-organizational learning is discussed.In accordance with the idea of goal programming and q-norm distance,weight coefficient is determined from the perspective which is most conducive to individual.On the basis,the model of benchmark-choosing based on individual agent is put forward and a method is proposed to solve the model.Finally,taking organizational learning capacity as an example,single benchmark and comprehensive benchmark are obtained among 20 IT companies in Shenyang,which validate the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
