建立了组织支持感、组织承诺与知识型员工敬业度的关系模型,设计了相应的调查问卷,并对问卷进行了独立样本T检验、相关分析和回归分析,研究结果表明,知识型员工敬业度在性别、年龄、婚姻状况、工作年限等不同人口特征变量上存在差异,组织支持感、组织承诺都与知识型员工敬业度显著正相关,而且组织支持感对知识型员工敬业度的影响比组织承诺对知识型员工敬业度的影响更大。
Relationship model on perceived organizational support,organizational commitment and engagement of knowledge employees was builded.The corresponding questionnaires were designed.Based on the independent sample T test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the results indicated that the engagement of knowledge employees in different demographic characteristics is different in sex,age,marital status,work experience,and so on.Perceived organizational support and organizational commitment are closely related to engagement of knowledge employees,the influence of perceived organizational support with engagement of knowledge employees is bigger than the influence of organizational commitment with engagement of knowledge employees.It can help business managers to effectively predict the engagement of knowledge employees,and then it can provide a certain reference for the business managers to formulate appropriate management policies in theory and practice methods.
