为了研究Mo元素对TiAlN涂层的微观形貌组织和摩擦学行为的影响,采用多弧离子镀技术,在4Cr13表面沉积了TiAlMoN四元涂层。结果表明:TiAlMoN涂层的表面组织致密,无气孔和裂纹,Ti、Al、Mo和N的质量比为3∶3∶3∶1,显微硬度达到了2922 HV0.1,且结合强度超过了35N。形成了以立方结构的AlN和面心立方结构的TiN结构为主的多元复合结构。在不同的加载载荷下,TiAlMoN涂层动摩擦因数随加载载荷的增大而降低,主要是由于Mo_2N的自润滑作用。磨损形式主要是三体磨粒磨损,磨损产生的磨屑也越多。
In order to study effect of Mo element on microstructure and tribological behavior of TiA1N coating, TiA1MoN four-element coating was deposited on 4Cr13 stainless steel by using muti-arc ion plating technology. The results show that the surface of TiA1MoN coating is fine, without pores and cracks, the mass ratio of Ti, A1, Mo and N is 3 : 3 : 3 : 1, the microhardness of coating reaches 2922 HV0. 1, and its binding strength is more than 35 N. The multiple composite structure of the majority of cubic structure A1N and face centered cubic structure A1Ti3 N is formed. Under the different loading conditions, the coefficient of dynamic friction of TiA1MoN coating decreases with the increase of the load, which is due to the self-lubrication characteristic of Mo2N. The main wear form is abrasive wear, the greater the load, the lower the coefficient of dynamic friction, and the more wear debris.
