对W-Mo-Dy表面高速钢试样分别进行了1000、1050、1100℃淬火和550℃×1 h×3次回火,并在20、100、200、300、400、500℃和载荷5N下进行了高温摩擦性能试验。结果表明:在1000、1050、1100℃淬火后的试样在500℃磨损试验的平均摩擦系数分别为:0.15、0.1、0.09;在1050℃淬火的W-Mo-Dy表面稀土高速钢的高温耐磨性最佳,当磨损试验温度为400、500℃时,其磨损量分别是1000℃淬火试样的0.72、0.48倍,是1100℃淬火试样的0.35、0.47倍。
Quenching at 1000,1050 and 1100 ℃ and then tempering at 550 ℃ ×1 h ×3 times of W-Mo-Dy surface rare-earth high speed steel samples were carried out respectively, and high temperature friction performance test was done at20, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 ℃ under the load of 5N. The results show that average friction coefficient of samples quenched at1000, 1050, 1100 ℃ during wear test at 500℃ is 0.15, 0.1 and 0.09 respectively. High temperature wear resistance of W-Mo-Dy surface rare-earth high speed steel quenched at 1050 ℃ is the best. When the wear test temperature is 400 and 500 ℃,the amount of wear is 0.72 and 0.48 times of sample quenched at 1000 ℃, and 0.35, 0.47 times of sample quenched at 1100 ℃.
