利用激光熔覆技术在6063铝合金表面制备了2%(质量分数)CeO2/Ni60A熔覆层,对它的显微组织、显微硬度和耐腐蚀性能等进行了研究,并与Ni60A合金熔覆层和6063铝合金的进行了对比。结果表明:与Ni60A熔覆层相比,2%CeO2/Ni60A熔覆层的组织更均匀,晶粒更细小,气孔等缺陷更少,且生成了微量Cr3C2、Fe2C、SiC、Fe23(C,B)6等硬质相;在相同的深度处,2%CeO2/Ni60A熔覆层的显微硬度明显高于Ni60A熔覆层的,且最高可达1 180HV;在1mol·L-1H2SO4、3.5%NaCl和1mol·L-1 NaOH腐蚀溶液中,2%CeO2/Ni60A熔覆层的耐腐蚀性能明显优于Ni60A熔覆层和6063铝合金的。
A 2wt%CeO2/Ni60 A cladding layer on 6063 aluminum alloy surface was prepared using laser cladding technology,the microstructure,microhardness and corrosion resistance of the cladding layer were studied and compared with those of Ni60 Acladding layer and 6063 aluminum alloy.The results show that,comparing with Ni60 Acladding layer,2wt%CeO2/Ni60 Acladding layer had more uniform microstructure,smaller size grains and fewer structure defects(such as pore),and some hard phases,such as Cr3C2,Fe2 C,SiC and Fe23(C,B)6also were found.The microhardness of 2wt%CeO2/Ni60 Acladding layer was higher than that of Ni60 Acladding layer at the same depth positions and the maximum of its hardness was 1 180 HV.In three kinds of corrosion solutions,1mol·L-1 H2SO4 solution,3.5wt% NaCl solution and 1 mol·L-1 NaOH solution,the corrosion resistance of2wt%CeO2/Ni60 Acladding layer was much better than that of Ni60 Acladding layer and 6063 aluminum alloy.
