对0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢经渗锆处理及渗碳处理后的试样,在620℃静态空气中低温预氧化6 h的氧化行为进行研究。结果表明:预氧化后,不锈钢基材表面主要形成FeCr0.29Ni0.16C0.06、Fe0.64Ni0.36、Fe2O3,出现较多深而宽的裂纹;渗Zr试样低温预氧化后表面主要为Fe2O3、ZrO2,试样表面致密、没有出现大的裂纹;渗Zr+渗C试样,低温预氧化后表面生成物主要为ZrO2,较渗Zr后更为致密,表面光滑且无孔洞与裂纹,基体与改性层结合牢固,抗高温氧化性能大为改善,试样表面的硬度约为2580 HV0.05,且由表及里试样硬度值呈梯度降低平缓。
Low temperature pre-oxidation behavior at 620℃for 6 h in static air of 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, and the substrates after treated respectively by zirconizing, zirconizing-carburizing were investigated.It is concluded that after pre-oxidation, the surface of the substrate contains mainly FeCr0.29 Ni0.16 C0.06 ,Fe0.64 Ni0.36 ,Fe2 O3 , and many deep and wide cracks emerge.The surface of the samples after zirconizing contains mainly Fe2 O3 ,ZrO2 , and becomes denser and without emerging large cracks;the surface of the samples after zirconizing-carburizing contains mainly ZrO2 , and becomes much denser, smoother, no holes and cracks, and the matrix and modified layer bind very strongly, which shows the high temperature oxidation resistance of the sample after zirconizing-carburizing and pre-oxidizing is greatly improved, and whose surface hardness of the sample reaches 2580 HV0.05, and the hardness decreases gradually from surface to inside.
