参照平均晶胞模型,根据固体与分子经验电子理论,按键距差法和键能计算公式,计算含镝的铁基固溶体的价电子结构,计算结果表明:稀土镝的加入使得γ-Fe、γ-Fe-C及γ-Fe-C-Me晶胞的nA值增大,从而奥氏体结构的稳定性加大;稀土镝使α-Fe和α-Fe-C晶胞的nA值和FcD增加,极大强化了马氏体,延长了马氏体的回火转变的保温时间。
According to the average cell model and the valence electron structure parameters of iron-based solid solution contained Dy were analyzed on the basis of the average cell model, the empirical electronic theory of solids and molecules, the bond length difference and the bonding energy calculation formula. The calculating results showed that the valence of nA of γ-Fe, γ-Fe-C and γ-Fe-C-Me cell with addition of rare earth Dy is increased, which enhance the stability of austenitic crystal cell; the valence of nA and FcD of α-Fe, α-Fe-C and α-Fe-C-Me cell with addition of rare earth Dy is increased, which intensify martensite significant, extent the soaking time of tempering transformation.
