以国家和省级产业目录为研究对象,从纵向上对我国产业目录沿革进行梳理,从横向上对省级产业目录主要特点进行剖析,归纳了现行产业目录存在重点导向和区域差异不明显、产业布局在空间上落实差、落实监管不到位、目录之间衔接不够等问题,并针对性地提出了加强各级产业目录层级体系建设、强化重点导向、加强目录整合衔接、落实全程监管的对策建议。
英文摘要：
Taking national and provincial catalogue of industries as the research object,this paper hackled the evolution of catalogue of industries in China from the vertical perspective,and analyzed the main features of provincial catalogue from the horizontal perspective. Based on the research result,this paper summarized that the catalogue existing problem like key direction and regional differences was not obvious,implementation of the industrial layout in the space was not enough,lack of supervision and connection. Aiming at the problems,this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures like strengthening the catalogues hierarchy system construction,implementing supervision whole course,enhancing the key guidance and integrated the catalogues.
