重庆市工业化阶段判断及产业发展策略研究

在对国内外工业化阶段判断研究的基础上,借鉴现有的研究成果,对重庆市工业化阶段及各区县工业化阶段做出判断,并提出各区域的产业发展策略.结果表明,重庆市总体处于工业化中期阶段,但各区域差异较大;都市区大多处于工业化后期或后工业化阶段,“1小时经济圈”大多处于工业化中期,两翼地区则主要处于工业化初期阶段;都市区及“1小时经济圈”的工业化地位应进一步增强,发挥区域增长极作用,而两翼地区应适度发展第二产业,重点在第一产业和第三产业实现突破.

英文摘要:

It was significant to estimate the nationalor regional industrialization stage for the regional leading industry choice, the adjustment of industrial structure, and the plan of industrial layout. This paper estimated the industrialization stage of Chongqing and proposed the development strategy of each district of Chongqing on the basis of a review of the industrialization research and consuh correlative references. The results showed that Chongqing as a whole was in the middle stage of industrialization, while regional differences were obvious. Metropolitan areas were mostly in anaphaseor post industrialization stage, one - hour economic circle areas were mostly in the middle stage of industrialization, the two wings of Chongqing were mainly in the early stage of industrialization. Metropolitan nuclei areas should focus on the development of modern service industry and building industry, continuation of metropolitan nuclei areas should be promoted the industrialization of the quality and become the advanced manufacturing industry agglomeration district, urban new development areas should be received more investment and construct to the important manufacturing base, the wings of the region should be developed secondary industry reasonably and tried to get key breakthrough in the primary and tertiary industry.
