城市规模无限扩张和有限土地资源的矛盾，决定了城市土地立体化利用模式迫切值得研究和推广，本文在基于世界各类相关城市实践的基础上提出了宗地功能混合型、城市要素有机融合型、交通枢纽综合体型、城市片区立体开发型四种模式，并阐述了其各自的模式内涵、特点、建设途径与预期目标，同时援引了很多案例进行补充佐证。总体说来，本文寄希望于通过对土地利用实践模式的挖掘为城市建设向着立体化、集约化、高效化模式演进提供理论与实施路径支撑。
英文摘要：
The contradiction between the scale of urban unlimited expansion and the limited land resources determines the three- dimensional urban land utilization is the most urgent worthy of research and extension, this paper based on practice of all the related city based on proposed parcel mixed function, the city to prime organic fusion, comprehensive transportation hub size, urban area stereo type, and elaborated the the respective model and connotation, characteristics, construction ways and expectations, while citing many cases of evidence. Generally, this paper hopes to provide theory and implementation path for the development of urban construction toward three- dimensional, intensive and efficient mode through the excavation of land use practice patterns.
