通过对浙江省四个典型地区的扎根研究发现：在中国情景下,区域文化的维度包括冒险精神、成就欲望、合作精神、情感信任、开放性和长期导向六个方面。与现有相关文献对比,这些维度在内涵上更明确,且具有极强的本土特色。进一步比较发现,浙江省四个地区的文化在这些维度上差异较为明显,从而验证了本文探索得出的区域文化维度具有较好区分度这一结论。这项工作为进行区域文化比较和作用机制等方面的研究,做了开创性的基础工作。

英文摘要：

Based on grounded research of Zhejiang Province,we get six regional cultural dimensions including adventurous spirit,achievement desire,cooperative spirit,emotional trust,openness and long-term orient,and which have strong Chinese characteristics. Further by comparison of four regions＇ cultural characteristics in the six dimensions,there exits more obvious differences in these dimensions. This work makes contribution for promoting empirical research on regional culture.
