论文从企业"内部过程"、"外部交易"和"系统整合"三视角综述了商业模式的相关研究,梳理商业模式的内涵特征,并定义商业模式为描述价值主张,价值创造和价值获取等活动连接的架构,该架构涵盖了企业为满足客户价值主张而创造价值,并获取价值的概念化模式。以此为基础,文章最后构建了基于系统范式的商业模式研究框架,试图回答商业模式对企业竞争优势获取和保持的作用机制。
Three key perspectives in the literature, including, internal process, external transaction, and systemic integration are reviewed, and then a business model is defined as the architecture configuration that depicts the structure of value proposition, value creation, and value capture. Based on this operational definition, a general business model framework is proposed in order to answer the question that how a business model is able to help company to achieve and sustain the competitive advantage.
