将网络嵌入性理论延伸到公司创业前因的分析上,具体分析了集群企业咨询网络的结构特征以及建议者分享信息的意愿等因素对于公司创业的影响。认为集群内不同企业的咨询网络具有不同的特征,进而导致信息和机会获取上的差异,而这种差异将影响到企业从事公司创业的频率或强度。基于理论推导,提出了若干研究命题,并对未来研究进行了展望。
Corporate entrepreneurial behavior is crucial to upgrading of the whole industrial cluster in general and the upgrading of clustered firms in particular.We extended the network embeddedness theory to explain the antecedents of corporate entrepreneurship,exploring the link between the characteristics of advice network structure,the advisor's willingness to share information and corporate entrepreneurship.We contended that clustered firms have distinct advice networks and thus derive different information and opportunities.The latter consequently leads to the difference in firms' corporate behavior.Building on theoretical deduction,we proposed several propositions and future research directions.
