文章以网络关系组合模型为分析框架，对温州低压电器集群中快速成长的正泰集团进行个案研究。通过文献梳理和实地访谈，认为集群企业的网络关系组合主要包括五种网络类型：社会网络、声誉网络、市场信息网络、本地竟合网络以及国际技术合作网络。不同网络关系类型随企业发展而呈现动态变化，与企业的成长阶段存在相互匹配。最后，结合正泰案例对基于动态网络关系组合的集群企业成长给出一些实践启示。
英文摘要：
Based on the framework of network relationships mix model, The paper uses the case method to study the rapid growth ZhengTai Group in Wenzhou Low Voltage apparatus industry cluster. According to the literature review and field interview, this paper presents that the clustered firm networks relational mix includes five kinds network types： social network, reputational network, market information network, local co-opetition network, intemational technology cooperative network. The network types are dynamics and match with the finn growth phase. Finally, using the ZhengTai case, this paper provides some advices for clustered firm growth based on the dynamics networks relational mix.
