Aimed at the balanced use of the operating room, the same doctor＇s surgeries must be arranged in the same operating room in one model. As long as time can stagger, the same doctor＇s surgeries can be arranged to different operating rooms in the other model. According to the actual data of a week, the experiment is carried on and the results of the two MIP models are compared. The numerical example shows that the standard deviation of the operating rooms＇ average open time is much greater if the same doctor＇s surgeries must be arranged to the same operating room.
