This article studies on the evaluation system of the campus football coaches＇ work competency by using methods of document research, expert interviews and Delphi questionnaire survey. A comprehensive and detailed assessment system has been built, including 4 first-level indicators, 10 secondary-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators, which can give a scientific evaluation on the competency of campus football coaches and can promote the training of coaches and the vigorous development of campus football.
